tkgame Terms & Conditions

To register a tkgame account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and play.
• You have not previously had a tkgame account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a tkgame employee.

Each person may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms. tkgame will close duplicate accounts and may, at its sole discretion, void all bets placed and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. tkgame reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time and to request supporting documentation, including a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or mobile wallet verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tkgame login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person under any circumstances.

tkgame will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tkgame customer support immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. tkgame will treat any action taken through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise to us in advance of that action.

tkgame accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your game wallet instantly in normal operating conditions.
• tkgame does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited into your tkgame account must be used for gaming purposes only and may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without gameplay activity. tkgame reserves the right to investigate and void transactions where abuse of this policy is detected.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the tkgame payments team within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified tkgame account. tkgame will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before processing any withdrawal, tkgame may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, KYC) by submitting a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or other valid government-issued identification.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• tkgame reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

tkgame offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

• All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money or bonus funds on eligible games within the specified time period. Failing to meet requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• tkgame reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, tkgame will make reasonable efforts to honour the original offer terms.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting patterns to reduce risk, or exploiting software errors — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

All bets placed on tkgame are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bets placed are binding once confirmed. You may not cancel a bet after confirmation except where the relevant game rules explicitly permit cancellation.
• tkgame reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by confirmed match-fixing, corruption, or where there is evidence of insider information being used.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price, odds, or payout being displayed, tkgame reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We will not be liable for losses resulting from your reliance on erroneous displayed odds.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed software partners including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. tkgame does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Any attempt to use automated software, bots, scripts, or other prohibited tools to gain an unfair advantage is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

tkgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The following tools are available to all registered accounts and may be activated at any time from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen time reminders at intervals you define, helping you remain aware of time and money spent.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkgame platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or exploiting known software vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats.
• Placing bets using knowledge of inside information relating to a sporting event.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim single-account promotions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the tkgame platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards tkgame staff or other players.

Upon detection of any prohibited activity, tkgame reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all pending bets, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkgame's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your tkgame wallet at the time the claim arises.

• tkgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.
• tkgame does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.
• In the event of a game or system malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds or an erroneous payout, tkgame reserves the right to void affected transactions.
• tkgame is not responsible for any local telecommunications costs, data charges, or fees imposed by your internet or mobile service provider when accessing the platform.

tkgame collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and tkgame's servers is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. tkgame employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access.

tkgame will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, fraud prevention services, and KYC verification providers solely for the purpose of operating the platform and complying with applicable legal obligations.

You may request closure of your tkgame account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure:

• Any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
• Active bonuses and wagering-requirement-bound winnings will be forfeited upon closure.
• Your personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

tkgame reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where a player is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, tkgame will provide written notice of the closure reason where legally required to do so.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the tkgame platform, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and to provide a full response within five business days.

Complaints should include: your registered username, the date and time of the incident, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game round IDs. The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate and resolve your concern.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the tkgame platform are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tkgame operates. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the complaints process.

tkgame reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, tkgame will provide advance notice by email to registered players or by a prominent on-site notification.
